NC working centre to process curved beams-LAM/CLT walls, SIP walls and frame walls with dimensions up to 600 mm in width,480 mm in thickness and unlimited length.
BLADE UNIT: Special 1200 mm diameter 5 axis blade unit with 55 kW motor in S6 at 400 rpm for cutting walls up to 400 mm thick.
MILLING UNIT: 5 axis milling unit with cone HSK80F and 53 kW motor in S6 at 6000 rpm, complete with 9 position tool changing magazine.
PORTAL FRAME: The working area consists of a moving portal frame integrated with the structure.
WALL WORKING AREA: The wall working area consists of a basement in electro welded mechanical carpentry on which the mobile portal frame slides and on which different types of walls can be processed to the many applicable options. It is also designed to convey chips onto a motorized conveyor belt.
