Thanks to the innovative 360' rotating precision ring nut, the solid and glulam beams are automatically processed on 6 sides without the need to rotate them.
WORKING UNIT: 6 axis milling head with double exit motor, one with HSK 63F tool connection, the other with a flange connection supporting the blade with diameter 600 mm.
CLAMPS: Automatic infeed and outfeed clamps controlled by numerical control.
TOOL MAGAZINE: Automatic rotative tool changer magazine with 120 positions.
UNLOADING SYSTEM: Automatic unloading system with stocking length up to 13 metres.
E-LIVE SOFTWARE: The machine is controlled by the new Essetre E-Live Software, with three-dimensional display of the workpiece and relative processing. Its versatility allows it to interface with the most well-known CAD CAM programs specific for wooden structures. The software is also equipped with a simulation and anti-collision system.
