FAR HS/SHS Series (Standard series)
In the HS Series, the hydraulic cylinder is mounted at the rear, whereas in the SHS series, the cylinder is at the side, to save space. Except for this physical difference in arrangement, technically the steadies are the same.

Heavy duty series- large steadies
Though they also fall under the FAR-HS/SHS Series these are huge equipment, capable of holding dia up to 700mm. These steadies are used on horizontal and slant bed machines. They are used for roll turning applications and for producing a variety of defense components like barrels and huge bombs. We provide an entire range of special rollers on these steadies to suit the technical requirements. These steadies also have provision like centralized lubrication, chip protection etc.,

We can also offer custom built solutions-“diameter range and size”, to meet every machine and component. They are specially designed to meet constraints of space and component dia.

Accessories/options on the above series of turning steadies HS/SHS/KRHS Series

1. Provision for centralised lubrication – to ensure oil supply to the roller.

2. Chip protection cover / swarf guard: We have 2 types of chip protection covers. One is a 3 pieces system made of spring steel, to prevent entry of chips to the roller area.

3. Rollers: We have special roller designs for every type of jobs profiles,
Specials: We provide special roller of other materials for specific requirement.

4. Proximity feed back - Feedback mechanism to sense clamp/ un clamp position of steady fingers.

5. Safety chuck valve - A safety hydraulic check valve is provided to the cylinder, to eliminate opening of steady fingers in case of power failure or hydraulic pressure failure.
