**FICEP GEMINI: CNC High-Definition Plasma, Drilling, and Oxy-Fuel Cutting System for Large Plates**

The Gemini is a versatile plate processing solution designed for fabricators and manufacturers of all sizes. It supports both light and heavy plates for various operations, including thermal cutting, marking, drilling, tapping, milling, bevelling, and more, all while ensuring exceptional productivity and accuracy. This capability leads to the lowest part costs due to minimal floor space requirements, low capital investment, and high levels of productivity.

### HYPERTHERM PLASMA UNITS
The latest Hypertherm power sources, either XPR300 or HPR400XD, are available for one or two torches, making them suitable for both straight and bevel cutting.

### HYPERTHERM “TRUE HOLE”
The Hypertherm “True Hole” process is included in this model.

### DRILLING UNIT
The high-speed machining spindle allows for highly productive drilling of holes ranging from 5 to 80 mm (1/4” to 3-1/8”). For larger holes, up to 400 mm (15-4/5”), the Gemini can mill with exceptional accuracy in both diameter and concentricity.

### TOOL CHANGER
The automatic tool change system, managed by the CNC, is available in configurations with 6, 16, or 24 positions, enabling the line to be equipped with all necessary tools.

### SCRIBING
Scribing operations can produce identification marks, part numbers, bending lines, and center locations for positioning and welding. Deeper markings can also be created, ensuring visibility even after painting or galvanizing.

### ADVANCED MILLING
Dedicated software upgrades allow for specialized milling operations, including straight slots, curved slots, countersinking, and “Y” and “J” groove cycles, along with other advanced tasks.

### CUTTING BENCH
The cutting bench is constructed from a sturdy grid to ensure stable positioning of the plate during processing and is pre-arranged to accommodate a fume exhaust and filtering system.

### FUME EXHAUST SYSTEM
The exhaust system filters particulate matter generated by thermal cutting operations, ensuring that air is filtered in accordance with the latest health and safety regulations.

### DOUBLE GANTRY SYSTEM
Gemini systems can be combined in tandem with another Gemini or with our Kronos plate cutting systems to optimize productivity and floor space while reducing costs.

### ROBOTIC UNLOADING
The Kronos can be integrated with an independent 4-axis robotic part unloading system to enhance productivity and automation.
