**FICEP KRONOS: CNC High-Definition Plasma, Drilling, and Oxy-Fuel Cutting System for Plates**

The Kronos HP, SP, and PC models are heavy-duty, gantry-style thermal cutting systems designed for steel fabricators that require the production of various plate parts from stock plates. The Ficep Kronos seamlessly integrates all cutting, marking, and drilling processes into a single operation, significantly reducing material handling costs.

**HYPERTHERM PLASMA UNITS**
The Kronos is equipped with one or two high-definition plasma torches, which can be used for both straight and bevel cutting. It can be configured with either the XPR170 or XPR300 torches from Hypertherm.

**OXY-FUEL TORCHES**
The Kronos HP and SP series can be fitted with up to four oxy-fuel cutting torches to meet a wide range of manufacturing requirements.

**HYPERTHERM "TRUE HOLE"**
This model includes the Hypertherm "True Hole" process.

**DRILLING UNIT**
The Kronos HP and SP series can be outfitted with a drilling unit that features a tool changer with four or six positions, enabling both pre-hole applications.

**CUTTING BENCH**
The cutting bench is constructed of a sturdy grid that ensures stable positioning of the plate during processing. It is designed to accommodate a fume exhaust and filtering system.

**FUME EXHAUST SYSTEM**
The exhaust system effectively filters particulate matter generated during thermal cutting operations. The air is filtered in accordance with the latest health and safety regulations.

**ROBOTIC UNLOADING**
The Kronos can be integrated with an independent 4-axis robotic part unloading system to enhance productivity and automation.
