**FICEP VALIANT / NOZOMI: Automatic CNC Drilling & Coping Line**

The Valiant represents the latest evolution in our drill line range. This product line features a new three-spindle system designed for the comprehensive processing of rolled structural steel shapes. These innovative models result from our Engineering Team's ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of structural steel fabricators worldwide. In addition to the industry-leading designs and features found in our other structural steel drilling lines, the Valiant incorporates several unique advantages, as detailed below.

Thanks to all the technological innovations implemented in this model, the Valiant marks a new era in our drilling range. The new sub-axis spindle positioning enables simultaneous drilling on all three surfaces, even when the holes are not aligned.

The underside scribing device, also with sub-axis positioning, allows for up to four-side simultaneous scribing operations.

One of the most significant innovations is the extended 300 mm auxiliary axis available on all three spindles, providing a wider range of control for each spindle.

Combined with the NOZOMI Plasma Robot, all manual operations related to layout, marking, thermal cutting, and extensive grinding are eliminated. All thermal cutting operations can be performed in line with a drill line, saving time and valuable shop space. This results in drastically reduced and predictable production times, while minimizing human error associated with manual operations. Furthermore, the shop floor space required for these tasks is significantly decreased.
