The APEX is a high-quality CNC machining centre with 3 controlled axes,
equipped with a matrix table adapted to a variety of flexible working processes
such as quick nesting, drilling, grooving, milling function. The APEX comes in
multible sizes for any work size requirements.


Vertical Router Vertically mounted 9kW (larger on request) electro spindle, fan cooled,
24,000RPM max speed.
Boring Head
Vertical drilling head with 5+4 independent mandrels. 4 Independent
mandrels in the X axis and 5 in the Y axis.
Matrix Table
Grooved multifunctional working table to hold both large and small work
pieces
High Precision Digital Drivers
High precision absolute encoder servo motors with high precision gearboxes
for high speed and positional precision.
Pusher for Panels Unloading
Allows the machined pieces to be taken off the working table that will then be
cleaned by the suction device
16 Position Rotary Magazine
Servo driven rotary tool magazine mounted on the bridge of the machine for
fast tool changes
Belt Outfeed Conveyor
The motorized Outfeed Conveyor allows the easy unloading of machined
panels away from the worktable of the machine
Automatic Loading
The Automatic Scissor-Lift Table loads sheets of material onto the CNC
Router which are then fed into the router for proccessing
Automatic Load/Label Printer
Allows the loading of a stack of panels with the forklift, as well as provide
panel labelling with an on-board printer
