Flow Pack Packaging Machine MARS - RAE

The MARS – RAE is our horizontal entry-level automatic, rotary jaws, Flow Pack packing machine with film reel from the top.
This HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill Seal) machine produces pillow-style or gusseted bags with three-sided sealing.

Designed for reliability and versatility, it’s ideal for small to medium-scale production.

The system operates with brushless motors for smooth and efficient performance.

All product-contacting components are made of stainless steel, and the entire machine can be manufactured in stainless steel upon request.

HFFS flow pack machines are well-suited for food packaging but can also accommodate a range of consumer and industrial goods.

For added efficiency, it can be integrated with automatic loading systems, such as conveyor belts tailored to the specific product being packaged.
