We have a palletiser solution for any challenge and all our systems give you flexibility. We have a speciality in multi-line centralised palletising systems. Foodmach's Robowizard® software makes changing pallet patterns so easy, it’s like playing Tetris.

Robomatrix Dual Infeed Palletiser features two industrial robots that bring the groups of cases onto the pattern-forming area much closer together (almost simultaneously), which in turn allows us to form the pattern at a faster rate. It can accumulate up to three SKUs on one layer.

Foodmach’s new MULTI SKU Robomatrix® High-Speed Palletising is capable of palletising multiple products to multiple locations simultaneously.

Robotic pick-and-place depalletisers may be combined with vision systems to scan and validate product labels against production SKU requests and ensure the correct orientation of non-uniform products.

Our in-house range of palletisers comes with Robowizard Pallet Pattern programming Software.

Robowizard® is a robotic pattern-forming software for palletisers developed by Foodmach. It enables customers to do their own pallet pattern programs rather than having to pay the original equipment manufacturer to come to site and make changes.

In pick and place palletising, robots are used to pick up single cases, or a number of cases aligned the same way, to place them in the correct location on a layer. This solution has the flexibility to easily change layer patterns from one product to the next, particularly if a simple layer pattern program such as Robowizard® is used.

The best analogy for how Robowizard works is that it’s like playing Tetris with robots and cartons. It is provided as a drag-and-drop interface that enables size changeovers in minutes, not days, with no PLC technician required. It is simple to use, with unbelievable flexibility, accuracy, and reliability.
