G.A.D.E. CO 40/4 HYDRAULIC GUILLOTINE SHEAR “BUSINESS” SERIES

MAIN FEATURES:
Monolithic welded structure base machined and bored in a single operation on a boring
machine with movable column.
Top blade carrier made of a robust L-shaped structure which prevents from any deflection in
the central part, sliding on considerable sized anti-friction guides placed at the two extreme
sides of the machine.
Independent hydraulic hold-downs with simple effect spring return controlled by the main
hydraulic circuit. Possibility to control the hold-downs independently from the blade descent
( useful when working on marked sheets ).
The hydraulic group is entirely managed by a gear box including all valves which allows to
perform the various functions available on the machine.
The best values achieved by the system we use is the extreme smoothness of operation and the
possibility to cut the max thickness allowed in every point of the blade length without risk of
machine displacement or creating other damages.
All models of our shears are equipped with variable rake angle controlled by CNC.
This allows to cut always in optimum conditions any kind and thickness of material.
The variable blade gap system (standard in all models of the BUSINESS and TOP series )
allows always the best quality cut without risk of overloading the machine and granting a long
lifetime of the blades.
Main hydraulic cylinders are double acting with lapped barrel, chrome plated piston rod and
forged steel heads.
Main components of the electrical circuit are SCHNEIDER.
