Edgebander features:
Heavy duty steel fabricated frame suitably braced in load carrying areas, and the frame is
heat treated prior to machining.
Infrared heating on infeed fence to effectively heat board for strong tape adhesion 2 x 600W lamps
Hot melt Teflon lined glue pot with stand by temperature switch.
Edge strip application unit with pneumatic guillotine.
Four roller pressure unit with pneumatic pressure.
End trimming unit – cut off saws with angle adjustment, running on German linear guides
for accuracy & long life. End trim motors Italian made Elte 2 x 0.55kW, 12,000rpm.
Main Top & bottom trimming unit – tiltable to 45º, with 2mm radius cutters, incorporating
Italian Elte 2 x 0.7kW 18,000rpm motors.
Two (2) unit CORNER ROUNDING station with two motorized cutter units to travel
around curved ends of panels, with 4 corner rounding options! Corner rounding motors
Italian made Elte 2 x 0.3kW, 18,000rpm.
Top and bottom radius scraper unit to fine finish PVC edging.
Top and bottom Flat Glue Scrapers.
White oil spray system to enhance PVC finish when buffering.
