HM130MAX TRACK EXTENSION

The 6’5" track extension is designed for the HM130MAX portable sawmill and allows you to increase your cutting capability by 6’5" (1.95m) by simply bolting it to the existing track. For instance, with one extra track extension, the HM130MAX portable sawmill can mill 16’11” (5.1m) length logs. If required, you can add multiple track extensions to increase the cut length beyond 16’11” (5.1m). The extension is made of 1/4" (6mm) thick 2.5" x 4" (63mm x 101mm) “L” channel and is cross supported with heavy-duty 3" x 6" (76mm x 152mm) rectangle channels. The cross supports ensure that the weight of the log is evenly dispersed over a large bearing surface, preventing indentations on the log. Additionally, the heavy-duty cross supports provide extra rigidity to the track system. The cross supports are covered with a stainless-steel cap to prevent certain woods from being stained due to contact with painted surfaces. The track extension includes an adjustable log clamp to securely hold the log while milling.
