AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC DOUBLE CHUCKS
Automatic chuck centering ensures precise alignment, boosting accuracy throughout production. With powerful pneumatic clamping, workpieces are firmly secured, reducing slippage and enhancing stability during machining. A dedicated support frame prevents tube sagging-induced deformation, preserving workpiece integrity throughout manufacturing.


DOUBLE EXCHANGE PLATFORM
The double exchange table facilitates seamless operations by synchronizing cutting and loading/unloading processes. Its efficient design allows smooth transitions between cutting and loading/unloading phases, aided by ample space on the rear workbench and a protective sheet metal cover for safety.


AUTO FOCUS LASER CUTTING HEAD
Designed for ease of use and precision, this cutting head eliminates the need for manual focus adjustments, as it can automatically adapt to ensure stable and accurate cutting according to system settings. It features automatic cooling and obstacle avoidance, plus three built-in protective lenses.


HSG BUS-BASED CONTROL SYSTEM
EtherCAT bus enables high-speed response with robust anti-interference capability and simplified electrical maintenance, while automated handling of machine maintenance includes real-time monitoring of key components, ensuring timely reminders for regular upkeep.
