HACO offers a technologically advanced, fiber laser cutting machine, with an compact loading and unloading system. The machine quoted, complete with loading and unloading system, does not exceed the floor dimensions of 10.6m x 5.5 meters.
The fiber laser is a diode YB-fiber pumped laser (wavelength 1070 nm), which allows to obtain a high beam quality. Fiber Lasers offer important advantages in comparison to the CO2 laser such as energy saving, minimum maintenance cost, possibility of working more types of materials and in general the undoubted superior reliability of the product.
Elimination of various costs (the significant consumption of pressurized gas of the CO2 laser) makes the machine an interesting investment.

The function of the loading system is to load individual metal sheets onto the table of the machine by picking them from a stack of sheets.
The automatic loading trolley does not require any tracks outside the machine structure, and/or build into the concrete floor. This allows passage of forklifts close to the machine.
The gripper element is a vertically moving frame equipped with several suction cups, a sheet separator unit, double sheet detector and separation air blow. The machine has also sheet separator magnets. The sheet separator raises the metal sheet on the short side to separate it from the pack.
The lifting frame is provided with several suction cup units that consist of a cylinder and a suction cup.
Only the suction cups in contact with the metal sheet are lowered by their cylinder. The unused suction cups remain in the upper position. When the top sheet is detached from the stack, the gripping element raises the metal sheet.
When the metal sheet is deposited on the table of the laser cutting machine, the suction cups not in contact with the metal sheet never touch the working table, and so cannot be damaged.
Manipulable materials are metal sheets, magnetic and non-magnetic, bare or protected by plastic film.

All fiber lasers of the ROFIN FL Series are extremely efficient. With their modular and robust design the lasers have been set-up for optimum reliability.
The emitted wavelength of 1 µm achieves high absorption in many materials and is especially suitable for processing highly reflective materials.
Up to four fibers can be used with time or energy sharing including two channel interlocks per output and a multi-station field-bus interface.
By using different diameters of the process fiber, the beam quality can be ideally adapted to the specific application task.
All fiber lasers of the FL Series are characterized by maximum efficiency and service friendly, modular pumping units, helping to reduce operating and maintenance costs.
Standard this machine is offered with a Rofin FL020C source. It is an diode pumped YB-fiber laser, with nominal power of 2000 –W. The laser is equipped with a direct fiber of 50/100 µm. Optionally the machine can be equipped with a source FL030C of 3000W or FL040C of 4000W.
