Safety Devices
Standard four-link weight measurement devices; features like overload protection, automated detection system for assessing platform amplitude and height, automatic control of boom movement and traveling speed, and high-precision weight measurement mechanisms, are implemented to ensure the utmost safety and stability of operation in all directions.

Systems
- The system is designed to be adjustable and offers a wide range of speeds. The boom’s hydraulic system utilizes a double valve core circuit for increased safety. The hydraulic components are sourced from reputable European and American brands.
- The closed running system includes an electro-proportional variable pump, hydraulic control variable motor, and flow distribution valve. This system allows for both high movement speed and stable running speed, while also operating efficiently and producing minimal heat.
- The system features a full proportional control handle, along with a CAN bus and PLC control system. These controls offer high accuracy for positioning and are user-friendly for easy operation.

Safety Settings
- The basket features an automatic leveling function, allowing it to tilt up to 1.5° relative to the horizontal plane.
- The booms operate smoothly, lifting, lowering, extending, and rotating thanks to a buffer device.
- To ensure reliable control during operation, the platform traveling and boom rotation are equipped with dependable brakes.
- A foot switch is provided on the platform and can only be operated by pressing it down.
- When the platform amplitude and height reach a certain level, the travel speed and boom movement speed are automatically limited. Additionally, if the machine is parked on the ground with an uneven degree of more than 5°, the boom action will be limited.
- Each cylinder is equipped with a balance valve or hydraulic lock to prevent unintended cylinder action. The connection between the cylinder and the balance valve and hydraulic lock is secure.
- The identifier is clear and meaningful, featuring both a base control and a platform control system that use commutation switches for conversion. The basket control is used to lock the base control. Both systems are protected by shields.
