MACHINE CONSTRUCTION:
The base is manufactured of heavy-duty industrial grade welded steel. The construction has been designed to provide extreme stability and vibration free processing. Due to the weight and rigidity of the base there is no need for the machine to be anchored to the floor. The table is a welded one piece construction with an inbuilt vacuum storage area, increasing the volume of vacuum air.
The Genesis series offers an industrial grade mobile gantry unit utilizing Bosch Rexroth lineal guide bearings on all axis on the machine. The X, Y is driven by high precision “direct drive” rack and pinion and the Z axis by high precision industrial recirculating ball screws allowing for smoother and faster processing.

• Steel pneumatic pop-up stops for panel positioning, with two pop upside rails to assist unloading of finished parts.

• Axis movements are controlled by AC Servo Motors to facilitate high speed positioning and accuracy.

AUTOMATIC LOADING SYSTEM WITH PANEL POSITIONING
• The Anderson automatic loading system, a pack of material is loaded onto the indexed scissor lift table. This allows the operator to run the machine while the printer is labelling on the panel, without stopping other processes, thereby minimizing idle time improving efficiency
• Behind the Indexing Scissorlift there are 3 x Heavy Duty bollards used to assist pack positioning by Forklift when loaded
The loading system picks the sheet up then automatically positions the sheet in the precise location on the machine table. The Anderson CNC also completes a final alignment of the sheet on the table guaranteeing the workpiece is square to the back line if stops on the table width (Y-axis).
UNLOADING SYSTEM
The Anderson Unloading System automatically unloads finished componentry off the sub board by using a vacuumed pusher onto a outfeed belt conveying system, while this is happening the machine is also loading the next sheet onto the machine table at the same time. There is integrated dust extraction system also between the end of the machine table to the conveyor belt, also at the end of the conveyor belt.
CNC CONTROL
• SYNTEC controller with PC Windows system
• Supplied with user friendly drive system capable of accepting NC Code from all major CAD/CAM software packages
REMOTE HANDHELD DEVICE
Allows the operator to operate the machine in jog mode to perform system tests and run CNC programs from the remote device
TOOL TOUCHOFF FUNCTION:
Allows precise calibration of the cutting tool length simply and safely. The tool measurement is automatically recorded into the machine control tool file
