OVERVIEW

PB130H CNC horizontal milling and boring center is a high-end research and development of advanced design technology in the field of structural design and manufacturing technology. It adopts the latest design technology (such as finite element analysis, virtual prototype simulation) in accordance with the modular design concept CNC machine tools, suitable for multi-step processing of face milling, boring / drilling, tapping, threading, car outer circle, and three-dimensional curved surface of medium-sized parts, which can be completed in multiple processes at one time.

FEATURE
- NEWAY PB130H ultra rigid design of main machine body and column ensure outstanding structural stability.
- One-piece machine base design with hybrid box and linear ways on all axes provides fully support at the table.
- This machine is composed by main machine, rotary worktable and other options.
- Y axis apply electrical brake, B axis apply hydraulic brake.
- X/Y/Z axis is equipped with the linear scale, B axis is equipped with the circular encoder to realize full closed loop control.
- The 22/30 KW 50 taper spindle runs with 2-speed gear headstock that generates maximum 3868NM to overcome most tough material cutting condition.
- The fully programmable rotary table comes with an angular scale that indexes minimum 0.001 degrees with 15 arc sec in positioning accuracy.
- The maximum part load is even up to 8 tons.
- The high quality of German INA C3 grade ball screws and Fagor linear scales assure the machine positioning in 0.015mm always.
- The optional 40 or 60-tool magazine with double arm ATC accepts tool’s weight up to 55 lbs.
