Hot Wash / Parts Washer / Spray Washer

Used WashPod 1200 in good condition. Would suit a mechanics workshop, manufacturing or other industrial setting.

Requires 20A, 3 phase power plus an air connection for the pneumatic lid and attached air gun. The unit can be plumbed to water so that it self fills. You can also just fill it using a hose if you prefer.

The washer has a variable temperature control from 60C to 80C and a moving spray bar setup with rotating (gear driven) basket so that the components get a good coverage of washing chemicals. It uses hot water, chemical and agitation to clean your parts. The unit holds 200L of fluid and has a 4kW pump. Unsure what the load capacity of the basket is, but I'd estimate 400kg-800kg provided that it was a balanced load.

The machine works and is in good condition. It has an oil removal system using coalescing plates, however I am not certain if it works or even how to make it work. I will include 15kg of washing powder (If used daily, the solution lasts about 4 weeks before you need to change it and at that point you will use around 2kg of powder, max 2.5kg, so 15kg equates to around 7 x 4 week cycles = ~6+ months. Longer if it is used less obviously).

Sold 'as is, where is'. We can arrange delivery metro MEL for a cost, interstate buyers would need to arrange and pay for their own freight. Also open to reasonable offers.
