HYDRAULIC RAM MOUNTING SYSTEM
EPIC's hydraulic ram mounting system is designed for minimal deflection under recommended loads. The full tonnage delivered by the clamping rams is transferred to the head through the trunnion bearings. The bearings are mounted to the side frames of the machine providing support even at the centre of the machine head and minimise any side movement. This achieves a smaller radius and a nice straight bend or fold when bending at full capacity.
RAPID HEAD ADJUSTMENT
The rapid head adjustment feature allows the operator to quickly and easily change from material as thin as 0.5mm up to the machine's material and thickness capacity. Simply adjust the side handles and indexing pins to the required gauge setting.

2-AXIS PAN BRAKE
For a true 2-axis pan brake, add an electronic ball screw back gauge with standard 1200mm travel control via 10-station control system.
