IN STOCK - Jonsen Deburring SGP1000

The SGP1000 is a flexible deburring machine which is used for flat plate and milling
parts.

The first station is a wide belt grinding type for the removal of large burrs.

The second station uses four abrasive barrels on the head, each spins itself while the
whole head rotates. It can do deburring on all edges and deep in holes on plate with high
speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting and filing.

Burrs on interior and exterior contours will be removed, but the precise dimensions on
the part will be kept.

This machine is equipped with unique soft abrasive filaments by our design to remove
burr only. Therefore, this is a machine that does not affect the surface of parts and
performs excellent on the 3D parts as well.

The two abrasive cylinders rotate in opposite directions for even deburring.

The speed of the abrasive cylinder, whole deburring assembly, assembly oscillation,
conveyer is variable for even deburring, controlled by inverters.
