The INSTANT PALLETISER HS is an all-in-one palletising work cell designed for collaborative stacking needs. It supports up to 30kg per case and includes two pallet zones with a conveyor system, capable of stacking up to 2500mm in height. Safety sensors are integrated, and it features the Doosan P3020 cobot.

This system requires no programming, calibration, or technical skills to operate. Powered by the proprietary STACKiT software, it generates automatic pallet patterns based on box dimensions, allowing for multiple layout options. The "HS" model offers higher speed and safety.
