Lamellar water clarifier Blucomb is able to treat high quantity of water maintaining reduced dimensions, allowing the installation in workshops with limited available space. Lamellar self-cleaning system (optional) guarantees a better depuration efficiency and at the same time, it keeps the clarifier cleaner. Flow capacity with this system is included from 250 to 900 lt/min.
How it works:
The dirty water is collected in a pit. The sump pump loads the water into the filtering system. A central inner tube releases them near the lamellar plates. These plates allows suspended solids to separate from the clean water quicker, allowing the clean water to rise to the top. The clean water, through overflow, is collected in a tank ready to be reused. A booster pump will send it back the workshop machinery for the cycle to happen again.
The Blucomb Series has a number of versions, all of which are marked by their high performance for a smaller footprint than traditional Silos. It is modular and can be optioned according to the exact specifications of the customer. This includes:
• Semi-automatic and Automatic Flocculant Stations
• Coagulant (polyamine) stations to aid the Filtration process further
• Bag system to dry the sludge before disposal
• Filterpress System which compresses the sludge into dry mud cakes for immediate disposal and less intervention by operator
• Inverter Driven Booster Pumps to intelligently pump water back into the factory
• Self-cleaning CNC filter to prepare the clean water ready for internal cooling of the CNC spindle (filter up to 30 micron)
