The technology uses a mixture of fresh air and gas to generate effective infrared medium waves.
The Sun-Spot pads produce tremendous but controlled heat within the film that forces the curing of any type of organic coating through molecular excitation.
This action drives the water or the solvent out of the coating fil and dries up to 4 times faster than standard convection heaters.
Each thermo heating pad (20” X 20” / 508 mm X 508 mm is mounted on a flexible arm allowing movement in all directions, 60” (1520 mm) span and 180o angle rotation.
A built-in pyrometer monitors and controls the surface temperature to avoid overheating with an accuracy of ± 1.6°C
