Heavy duty steel 20,000 L tank constructed from 6mm plate with 10mm floor. Pressed ends, baffles and sides for greater strength. Quality paint system. Abrasive blasted to class 2.5 inside and out, with 2 pack epoxy internal tank liner and high gloss automotive exterior finish. Steel guards with mud flaps.

Water Tank
• Australian made tank built strong for the mining industry.
• Steel guards with flexible mudflaps will be fitted.
• Top fill funnel for standpipe filling, fitted off centre for ease of standpipe alignment, fitted with lockable cover.
• Road legal dump valve at highway level, 1” Ball valve.
• Splash guard around the front of the water tank preventing water run off over front of tank.
• Remote gearbox breather fitted.
• Spring mounted to new 8X4 Isuzu 8X4 AUTO.

Pumping equipment and hydraulics:
• Southern Cross water pump size 100 x 65 x 250 hydraulically driven coupled, low maintenance with no coupling required.
• Hot shift PTO and pump for hydraulic circuit
• Pressure relief valve on hydraulic circuit pressure set on commissioning.
• Behind cab hydraulic tank with 200 L of 68 grade hydraulic oil with high flow spin on return filter.
• WS Heavy duty aluminium manual retractable 1” rubber hose and adjustable fire fighting nozzle.
• 3 x 3” Spray Head valves Air operated from in-cab control box. Left, Right, centre, sprays.
• Quick exhausts valves fitted to all valves for quicker action.
• 1 x 3” discharge outlet with manual valve for water transfer duties.
• 3” Rear fill point at chassis level with ball valve, cam lock fitting and cap.
• Pipe work set up with creek suction for self-filling,
• 4” Dribble bar gravity fed.
• Elkhart Brass 65 mm Nitro electric water cannon, Heavy duty swivels, made in the USA. Straight stream nozzle, Optional electric adjustable nozzle.
• Pressure relief valve on water circuit to prevent cavitation of water pump when sprays are closed.

Electrical work:
• Electrical work to mining specifications
• 4 X Hella LED tail lights to rear bumper and on top of tank,
• 2x LED work lights,
• 2 x LED amber revolving beacon, 1 on ROPS, 1 on rear top of tank.
• Reverse alarm,
• Number plate light
• Pad lockable Locksafe battery and starter isolators,
• 2 x Emergency stops, 1 inside cab 1 outside.

Safety:
• Safety labels around the vehicle and on the tank module for identification.
• Safety hand railing with stairway, new quick fold down system, lays down in 1 motion saving time and eliminates lost railing during mobilisations. Blasted and painted Safety yellow.
• Non slip surface to top of tank.
• Tested and tagged 2X 9 KG dry powder fire extinguisher fitted to over centre holding brackets, fitted to ROPS
• High Visibility reflective yellow tape around the vehicle 75 mm width.
• Operators and spare parts manual in cab.
• Certified ROPS fitted
• Spare wheel carrier with 300 KG braked hand winch.
• Warranty on tank: 12 months manufacturer’s warranty on parts and labour. Excluding consumable items.
