The New Pearson S Series 4100-160 Press Brake
The Pearson S Series electric-hydraulic CNC press brake has a modern design and is highly reliable and efficient. It features a Movable Combo Mechanism for Bending & Hemming, which automatically replaces the lower die, reducing the workload of operators. The press brake is equipped with a tool library for convenient storage and to avoid precision issues. It has fast speed and high precision, thanks to optimized performance parameters and advanced measurement systems. The frame is made of steel plate welding and is stable and resistant to deformation. The press brake also has a lighting system, fast clamps, front supports, and a hydraulic system for reliable performance. It uses a PLC system with servo motors for stable operation and strong anti-interference performance. The back gauge system is fast and precise, and the press brake also has a crowning system with multi-point compensation for higher precision and stability.

Twin cylinder, down-stroking hydraulic press brake with electronic synchronism of hydraulic cylinders (Y1, Y2) and high speed, precise rear gauging system.
