This one also includes a lower plate that we think can be raised on the die cushion , the site these came from produced forged tools we think this plate can be raised by the die cushion to allow the press to operate more like a power hammer without fully bottoming out.

80 Tonne and fitted with modern electrical controls , guards interlocks and safety relays.

The lower pneumatic die cushion (DC) that this is fitted with is usually for drawing operations, and is mechanically accessible via the holes in the bottom platen, however we think it may have been used differently as last configured
