The 23, 29, 35, and 41 Tyne Models feature simple, robust construction and are adaptable for trash seeding. These models are part of our proven Trashworker platform, designed for primary and secondary tillage in trash farming, stubble mulch cultivation, and chisel ploughing to break up hard pans. They can also be adapted for trash seeding.

The essential features include a proven robust construction, level lift for consistent working depth, and a narrow transport width of 5.5 meters (18 feet). High flotation tyres come as standard. The tyne breakout force is adjustable from 0.4 kN (100 lb) to 4.4 kN (1000 lb), with edge-on tynes measuring 50mm x 32mm (2 inches x 1¼ inches).

The Shearer Folding Wing Trashworker is designed for low maintenance with minimal moving parts. It features greasable hardened pins and bushes on all critical, high-load pivots. A narrow 254mm (10-inch) tyne spacing option is available for summer crop sowing. These models also come with an upgraded 10L gas accumulator as standard, with a 4L accumulator available for 12-inch models as an option.

The machine offers excellent trash clearance, a wide lead between rows, and a proven tyne layout, making it an impeccable choice for trashwork. When paired with an airseeder, these models can also be used for trash seeding.

The John Shearer 1000lb Hydraulic Tyne Assembly is tough and reliable, allowing for on-the-go tyne breakout pressure adjustment from the tractor seat. Breakout pressure can be adjusted from 0.4 kN (100 lb) to 4.4 kN (1000 lb). The clamp-on design mounts easily onto 100mm x 100mm (4-inch x 4-inch) heavy-duty RHS beams.
