The auto line V is a complete coil line used to produce a 90% complete piece of duct.

The the auto line 5 software and controller gives the operator the option to produce flat sheets, U shaped, L shaped and full wrapped pieces of duct.

Standard 4 decoilers 1500 X 5 tonne to cover all common HVAC material max capacity of 1.2mm galvanised steel.

Straightener rolls to remove coil set and adjustable beader to strengthen duct if needed.

Hydraulic notching and guillotine ran by accurate servo motor for producing accurate duct or flat sheets.

Dual Pittsburgh to produce small and large Pittsburgh.

Dual TDF/C producing a perfect TDF on both sides of the duct.

*Optional drive slide or cleat option if required.*

Servo motor controlled 6m long wrap brake section for accurate folding of the male Pittsburgh and folding of duct.

Once the duct is collected off the end of the machine all that is required is to close the Pittsburgh and insert corners.
