KLEEN presents the KLEEN spigot ovalizer used to easily ovalize formed and joined round Sheetmetal collars/spigots.

The Spigot ovalizer save operators minutes between changing diameters on rollers to ovalize then spotwelding after and prevents suppliers by hand pushing collars to oval causing unsightly ripples and dents.

Suitable for sheetmetal duct or duct board max capacity 0.6mm.

The machines forming heads are 150mm wide and range from 70mm - 300mm ( custom sizing can be arranged).

The machine is a light weight design at 100KGS and only require Air to be operated its easy to remove.

The ovalizer has manual adjustment using a hand wheel on a acme thread to change lengths of the extension and the removable dies are simply one bolt and a locating pin making change over times for different I.D and O.D of the ovals seconds.
