TDC unit is one of two universal flange manufacture system in the world. It save time and material drastically because its seal,sturdy and durable for joint structure. Therefore, it's particularly suitable for producing large section area of duct. Currently,a lot of famous building in the world utilized this structure in ventilation system, such as America Kennedy Space Centre, Guangzhou CITIC Plaza etc. This unit consists of feeding frame,main forming machine,and shearing machine. Hydraulic shearing machine no only can fix cutting with very little burr,but also operate automatically maximum working speed of 6m/min. Its divided into 4 types: THT-20, THT-30,THT-35 and THT-40,with relevant duct corner T-20DC, T-30DC,T-
35DC and T-40DC.
TDC made by TOPHOT that can match and produce all the ducts in the DW144 standard,and has passed the HVAC Pw/ TMI(1987)pressure test, which is a speciality test for the intensity and sealed condition of duct.
