KLEEN -TOPHOT 12 Station TDF flange Machine *With J Cleat*

TH-12 TDF flange machine is used to produce SMACNA standard TDF/E flange.

The TH-12 capacity covers all HVAC Material from 0.55-1.2mm galvanised steel.

On the auxiliary side of the machine it will produce a J-cleat to join the TDF flange.

The rolls also feature a cutting roll which will trim the width required for the cleat off the end of piece of 0.6 material so no pre cutting is required.

Standard small parts feeder and clamp for accurate TDF flange on ducts less than 150mm wide.

The TDF is ran by and electric VFD controlled motor making the machine almost silent whilst in operation and making the speed adjustable between gauges.
