Presenting the new TOPHOT Collar making machine, this is the machine for all your Sheetmetal collar making needs it will notch the easy to fold castellation, roll two strengthening beads and roll Sheetmetal the collar Día from 75-400mm. capacity is 0.6-0.4 galvanised steel in a matter of seconds.

This machine makes it so any scrap can be cut down and turned into collars the maximum width of the blanks is 150mmm.

The CM-110 also offers a unique feature to easily adjust the distance of both beads from hard up against the castellation for Sheetmetal purposes to 20-40mm below to allow for Ductboard, same goes with the bottom bead or crimping roll.

All that is left is to spot weld the collar and install it and fold the tabs inside the ductwork and if required ovalize the collars using the KLEEN Ovalizer.
