This wet grinding machine for mincer knives grinds cross and ring knives up to 400 mm from the Unger System and Enterprise System.

cup wheel grinding maintains constant peripheral speed, therefore guaranteeing continuous efficiency until the grinding wheel is worn down
required grinding cuts, from angled to extremely hollow, can be applied by turning the grinding unit
water cooling prevents overheating of cutting tools, resulting in long tool life
high cutting efficiency minimizes grinding time by maximum abrasion
all cutting tools are clamped on special tool supports for very short preparation times and safe, easy handling.
Grinding wheels that went uneven become plane again within seconds by the attached dressing device.
