Dust chute for surface planer swings easily over top of cutterhead into position for thicknessing and becomes the safety guard as well.
Safety limit switch allows machine to start only if guard is in correct position.
Sheet steel machine body provides stable base for work tables.

Slot mortising attachment which mounts on front of machine with single ‘joystick’ control of table – extra price of $352.00 including gst.
