The 4 Series is the very latest addition to the Landini tractor family. Designed to replace the Alpine and Technofarm series with a single, more versatile range, the 4 Series fully revolutionizes Landini’s low- and medium-power segment. The range comprises six models, all powered by new Deutz four-cylinder turbo engines with intercooler and common rail injection system. The 4-090, 4-100 and 4-105 models feature 3.6L Tier 4 Interim engines with power outputs of 90hp, 99hp and 107hp, while the 4-060, 4-070 and 4-080 models are equipped with advanced 2.9L engines meeting the Tier 4 Final emission regulations that deliver 64hp, 69hp and 76hp. A seventh model, the 4-075, with the same features and size as the three lower horsepower models but powered by a 4.4L, 74hp Tier 3 engine, is specially designed for farmers looking for a more affordable machine. The 4 Series features the new family styling Landini has been using across its whole range of tractors starting from the 5H series introduced in 2012. In addition to a compact design and modern look, these tractors can be offered in a variety of configurations – from entry-level to fully optioned-out – to meet customer’s specific needs. Main features include a new four-post cab loaded with amenities and a brand new Argo Tractors-designed 12+12 speed transmission with creeper, power shuttle, Hi-Lo powershift options and electrohydraulically-engaged two-speed PTO, offering a top speed of 40 km/h in economy mode. Additional equipment includes a hydraulic system with a flow rate of 57 l/min, a lift capacity of 3900 kg at the rear with mechanical or electronic hitch control and a front hitch capable of lifting up to 1750 kg.
