Liquid Filling and Capping Machine using Flowmeter with Inline Filter, Previously Used to Fill 10L bladder / Bag in Box with saline solution, the line consist of a modular belt Conveyor “Australis” on a stainless steel frame with aluminium gating, a pneumatic gun inflator, S/S bottom up filling head with shut off nozzle using a “Fischer & Porter” Magnetic Flowmeter controller and “Yokogawa” model AXF015H magnetic flowmeter to set up capacity currently running at 10L, inline Flomax centrifugal pump and “INGE GMBH” - Dizzer hollow fibre XL 0.9 MB 38 ultrafiltration modules ultra filtration-S 250mm, Stainless Steel cap unscrambler with pick and place torque capper, as well as a “Mettler Toledo” IND890 index scale used as a check weigher
