Description

Klausen Lump Crusher is a Heavy Duty and compact machine especially suitable for breaking up friable caked materials in a wide variety of lump crushing and size reduction applications.

The unit comes complete with a rip and tip station to allow you to dump straight into the throat of the crusher with safety. Whole bags can be dropped into the crusher and dispersed back into free flowing powder ( depending on the product)

The Dimensions of the throat of the unit are : 625mm Wide x 250mm Deep x 305mm High
motor size: 7.5Kw

Capacity is up to 10 Ton per Hour depending on material and screen opening

The screen is easily inserted from the side of the unit for quick screen size change over.

The unit is a Demo machine in almost new condition and represents a saving of over $10-15K on the price of a brand new machine. the unit can be purchased with and without the Bag dump station and support Frame

The unique modular construction is designed to operate at low RPM which reduces
noise, dust, excessive fines and provides a uniform reduction of most friable products. This unit can be
used for handling materials such as chemicals, detergents, tablets, fertilizers, food products, plastics, waste
materials
