MECBIO - MATICS PS-1400 Suspended Permanent Belt Separator (Manual Cleaning Type)

The separator is used for separating/sorting ferrous metal (magnetic material) in processing goods transferred to conveyor belts. The separator is suspended over a conveyor and various models and options are available depending on field conditions.

Unlike the electromagnet type, installation and maintenance are simple as this requires no electricity to power on the magnet.

Available in a full range of custom units.
Available with or without automatic reject belt.

-Using same permanent magnet with PBS but no driving belt (no self cleaning)
-Suitable for material contains small portion of metal
