Steam or oil, in heated batch cooker or batch pressure sterilizer for animal by-products
The batch cooker is an essential machine for the batch thermal treatment of animal by-products. Depending on the application, fat is melted, water is evaporated (drying), the input material is sterilized under pressure or plumes are hydrolyzed under pressure.
The outer jacket of the batch cooker is heated with steam or thermal oil.
The machine is equipped with a suitable mixing agitator to intensively homogenize the treated product. To shorten the process time, the mixing agitator can optionally be heated. The inner jacket can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel as desired.
Our range includes batch cookers from 5,000 to 25,000 L capacity.
