MECBIO-Smicon SMIMO-120 Depackaging Machine for Packed and Unpacked Food Streams

Our SMIMO depackaging machine has been used to unpack packaged food since 2006 to the great satisfaction of our clientele. These depackaging machines discharge the organic contents through a sieve on one side and the packaging on the other side. The wear and tear parts are easy to exchange and these unpacking machines are available in a stainless steel version, making them resistant to foodstuffs. We can adjust our machines and peripheral equipment to your specific product in order to separate it in the most optimal way.

The SMIM0120 is perfect for separating organic products (supermarket returns and/or residual streams from food production) from it packaging with the organic part being finely ground. The SMIM0120 is a machine that can process large quantities up to 35 m3 per hour. The machine is fitted for separating both dry and moist product.
