An automatic hydraulic CNC bandsawing machine is used to cut from 60 degrees one way.

The machine complies with all EEC safety standards and can also be operated in the semi-automatic cycle.

A machine with a controlled double axle multi-microprocessor is used to obtain 32 different lengths and quantities on the same bar.

Machine can operate in manual, semi automatic, semi automatic/dynamic and automatic.

STANDARD FEATURES

• Control and programming panel with graphic LCD with autodiagnostic messages (24V. logical controls).

• Regulation head stroke according to dimensions of the material that has to be cut, is programmed from the control panel.

• Adaptive shearing stress control system.

• Sliding vice with sideways movement for quick positioning when mitring.

• Band rotation control to stop the band in case it jams.

• Electronic control of band tensioning.

• Barfeed is obtained by means of a screw/nut with recirculating ballscrews with a D.C. motor.

• The feeder carriage is mounted by means of sleeves with recirculating ballscrews on guided and hardened steel guides.

• Wire chip brush to keep band clean.

• Filter to avoid dissipation radio interferences along line.

• Control panel fitted inside frame with total protection against electromechanical or electric phenomenon.

• Whole strong structure in electro-welded steelwork predisposed for movement by lifting unit, etc.

• Band for solids and sections.
