MF 1840 Centre-line small square baler

The MF 1840 small square baler employs a ‘centre-line’ design in which the crop flows through the machine in a straight line – working like a mini large square baler, improving efficiency because the crop is not turned before entering the chamber.

Key features are retained from its predecessor , such as narrow transport width, 1.9m wide pick-up with standard gauge wheels, short stroke and high speed.

PRE-FORMED SLICE CONCEPT
With a short stroke and high speed plunger, the pre-formed slice concept enables the baler to operate with high capacity, significantly reducing plunger bearing wear whilst generating a greater number of bales.

PICK-UP
The 1.9 meter wide pick-up features a small diameter, ‘low-profile’ design with closely spaced tines ensuring that windrows are picked up cleanly with minimal disturbance and leaf loss.
