MRG MODEL 6M625MF4 SERIES Bridge Type Machining Ce

Moving table fixed bridge design with 3-axis simultaneous CNC control. The machines are intended for complex machining of housings and components made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals by means of milling, drilling and boring. Machines are equipped with an auto-changeable 90° head which can be rotated by M-Code making it possible to machine five faces of a workpiece in a single setup. Table size 2500mm x 8000mm.

FEATURES

The machines are intended for complex machining of housing type components made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals or plastics.
Machines are capable of 3-axis simultaneous machining modes as well as milling, drilling and boring operations.
The configuration of the machine has a long travelling table with hydrostatic guideways and non-travelling gantry.
Its design ensures high rigidity and the possibility of carrying out roughing and finishing on workpieces as well as maintaining high accuracy through the life of the machine.
The machine is fitted with a vertical milling boring sliding head with a detachable angular milling head that can be indexed in 90° steps. The addition of this head makes it possible to machine 5 faces of a workpiece.
A toolchanger is provided with a suitable mechanism to change tools in both the vertical spindle and the 90° attachment spindle.
