'IBC Transfer Unit' by Omicron Automation.
Designed and built by our team of engineers and tradesmen in Leongatha, Victoria.
This mobile batching system is designed to make blending a breeze by accurately transferring volumes of liquid from IBCs, with minimal waste and mess.
Equipped with either a mag-drive centrifugal pump or a positive displacement pump, a flow rate of 2L/sec is expected. Two speed pump control ensures transfer accuracy of +/-0.4L.
Depending on pump selection, the system can is capable of transferring low and high viscosity liquids including strong acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals.
The 7in colour touch screen is intuitive and concise. With just a few 'clicks' an operator can set the batch quantity and start the automatic transfer. The operator is able save parameters including 'Pump Speed', 'Pump Acceleration Time' and 'Product S.G.' as recipes to be retrieved later. The operator can also choose to transfer by weight or volume.
The screen displays the quantity successfully transferred in real time, along with a progress bar.
The system is supplied with an inlet hose and outlet hose made from high quality chemical resistant material. Camlocks, a check-valve and a manual ball valve, hold prime in the system and reduce the mess and wasted product associated with product transfer.
Built with high quality componentry, stainless steel, and specifically selected chemical resistant plastics, Omicron Automation's IBC Transfer Unit is a proven asset to any large or small liquid batching plant.
