Minimax AD 21 Multi Borer

The minimax ad 21 – single head multiple boring machine with 21 spindles, perfect for craftsmen and professional workshops. Crafted from a single-piece aluminium casting, the drilling head offers vibration-free operation guaranteed by rectified cylindrical guides, while the mechanical revolver offers five adjustable boring depths. When paired with an efficient dust extraction system, the machine stays clean.

-The machine is equipped with a 5 positions mechanical revolver which guarantees fast and precise positioning of the lateral fences.
-Lateral fence (3000 mm length) with a scale and retractable stops for perfect drilling of large panels. The fence can be mounted and dismounted quickly and easily
-Bits can be replaced quickly and easily. The machine has 21 quick-change chucks
-The mechanical gauge guarantees fast and precise positioning of the lateral fences
-Fence for horizontal boring at 45°
-No. 2 upper pneumatic clamping cylinders for the hold-down during boringoperations for an absolute precision
-The drilling concept of minimax ad 21 allows to uses the outside (in sight) of the panel as a reference and thus any differences in thickness are shown on the inside of the furniture (not in sight).

Drilling Head
Drilling head made from single-piece aluminium casting, to guarantee absence of vibrations. The boring unit runs on two rectified cylindrical guides which guarantee stability and precision. The machine is equipped with a mechanical revolver with 5 different boring depth adjustments. The new dust extraction system is incredibly efficient, and leaves the machine surprisingly clean!

Precise positioning
The mechanical gauge guarantees fast and precise positioning of the lateral fences.

Group for hinges
For increased versatility, the quick-change chucks can be fitted with various types of bits for different operations, like boring hinges locations.

Controls
All controls are ergonomically positioned on the front of the machine. This includes the switch which sets the boring head at a 45° angle, allowing for an immediate changeover between operations. For perfect boring of large panels, the machine has a long 3000 mm fence with a scale and retractable stops. The fence is quickly mounted and removed easily.
