Mobile portable welding fume / dust extractor unit, mounted on wheels, with 360 degree rotatable extraction arm

* Equipped with a suction arm which can be Rotated 360° , diameter is 160mm with 2 directional wheels and 2 universal polyurethane wheels with brakes at the bottom.

* The suction hose is made of temperature-resistant, flame-retardant and wear-resistant composite materials, which will have a longer service life.

* The smoke and dust is collected by the suction hood. Firstly, the large granular spark particles will be separated and intercepted through the first layer of fire resistant filter. This filtered air then enters the second layer deflector, which prevents any residual sparks from entering the main filter unit. The air then enters the third layer of the main filter unit for ultimate purification. Filtration level can reach 99.9%.

^ The filter element is made of wood pulp fiber with high filtration precision and can filter the 0.5pm smoke and dust.

* Safety features include phase short circuit protection, automatic stop if excessive temperature and automatic back blowing protection measures should the pressure difference becomes too high.
