Our dryers feature a two-stage heat exchanger system to maintain consistent dew points, preventing freeze-ups and ensuring optimal performance. The system incorporates the highest quality components and refrigeration controls to effectively lower the temperature of compressed air to 2°C, transforming it into liquid condensate.

The condensed water and cold air then flow into the moisture separator, where liquids are collected and removed via the condensate drain, ensuring maximum moisture removal. Once the liquids have been eliminated, the cold, dry compressed air passes through the cold side of the first-stage heat exchanger, where it is reheated by the incoming warm air. This process elevates the discharge air temperature, preventing pipe sweating. The treated compressed air is then ready for use downstream.
