New HESS edge and bobbin sander.

With KSO 600 the complete sanding unit is
oscillating. The stroke of oscillation is 30 mm and can be switched off. Additionally the sanding unit can be cranked down and up by further 100 mm so that the complete sanding belt can be used. The upper cylinderl has the same oscillation system. The main
table is tilt able steplessly down to 45°.
Specific advantages:
a) surface pattern is very precise due to homogeneous abrasion of the sanding belt. no grooves and no singeing marks are to be found.
b) the whole width of the sanding belt can be used, so the belts have a longer live and
operatiion expenses are lower
Other plus factors:
X belt oscillation is powered by an own electric motor and can be engaged or disengaged according the requirements

X the tensioning cylinder is not protected and serves as a roll sanding device together with the lateral table

X there can be mounted a table and different rolls over the motor cylinderl to be used as sanding roll device for small diameters. Oscillation can be also used or not.used

X the sanding belt can be changed by a quick tension lever with automatic tension and adjusting device
