New Jisan 5-10 ton (45 or 50mm Pin) Excavator Rotating Hydraulic Grapple Grab

New Jisan Heavy Industry Ltd JSSR60 Excavator Rotating Hydraulic Grapple Grab suit 5-10 Ton machine.

Ideally designed for Log and Forestry work, but can also be used for Sorting, Demolition, Rock and general material handling, picking things up, moving them around and other careful placement tasks.
Great for landscapers to position rocks and sandstone blocks when building retaining walls etc. and moving logs around in forestry.

* Full 360 degrees continuous rotation.
* Opening Width: 1455mm.
* Belly plate to protect cylinder underneath.
* Every pin greasable with protected grease nipples designed for a long life.
* High clamping force with oversized pistons allow secure gripping of any load.
* All excavator series made from the highest quality steel available nm400.

Driving Pressure: 180 bar (2610 PSI).
Driving Flow: 100 L/min.

Comes with everything laid out in the images, including 2 sets of electronic Cab Controls if required but not necessary if you already have the Auxiliary Hydraulic Lines and controls installed on your machine.

Currently setup for 45mm pins but could easily be configured for 50mm by boring out the holes in the removable collars (see pic #4) and inserting bigger pins.

*** Current Headstock Dimensions:
* The Pin Diameter is 45mm but they are fitted into collar bosses that fit into 75mm diameter Pin holes, so pins up to 75mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the grabs's headstock.
* The Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) is 310mm.
* The distance between the collar bosses is 184mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 250mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 270mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.

*** 45mm Pin configuration (current):
* Should fit: Caterpillar 307 / 307C / 308 / E 70B, Daewoo Solar 070-3 / 080-3 / 080W-3, Hitachi EX60 / EX60-3 / EX60-5 UK Version, Volvo BL70 / BL71 / BL71B.
* Maybe fit: Daewoo Solar 070 / 075-V, Doosan S 75-V, Ferguson MF 760 / MF 860, Fermac 760 / 860, Hyundai R 55-7, John Deere 310G Std or Ext Stick, Komatsu WB 93-2, Samsung SE 50-3, Volvo EC50/W / EC55 / EC55B / ECR58 / MX 55/W / SE 50-3 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** As a 50mm Pin configuration (bore out Collars & insert 50mm pins):
