ABOUT TECHNI WATERJET
Techni Waterjet, based in Campbellfield, Melbourne, Australia, is an Original Equipment Manufacturer with over 35 years of experience.
We develop, design, build, assemble, deliver, install, train, service, and support all Techni Waterjets.
Our machines combine standard features and benefits with world-leading waterjet technology, offering unmatched material versatility, speed, and productivity for any business application.
Applications:
• Cut accurate parts in virtually any material up to 200+mm thick: Techni Waterjets are known for their precision cutting abilities, and they can work with a wide range of materials including metals, stone, glass, plastics, wood, and composites.
• Process stone and ceramic cutting profiles with ease: Techni Waterjets are equipped with our proprietary software that can handle stone and ceramic materials, allowing for intricate design, cutting and shaping.
• Process glass material with simple and effective applications: Glass cutting requires special techniques, Techni Waterjets can be configured to handle glass cutting tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Design intricate metalwork pieces and parts: Techni Waterjets are widely used in metalworking industries for creating complex and precise metal parts. With our software, intricate designs can be translated into precise metal components.
• Create heavy machinery parts and repairs: Techni Waterjets are commonly used in the manufacturing of heavy machinery parts due to their precision and repeatability. It's also used for repairing heavy machinery components by recreating or refurbishing parts.
• Produce parts for composite, rubber, carbon fiber, and plastics industries: Techni Waterjets are used extensively in industries that work with composite materials. They can cut, shape, and drill these materials with high precision.
• Create and design files from the operator console or send files to the machine from an external location: our systems come with software interfaces that allow operators to design or import files into the machine's control system. This streamlines the process of translating designs into machine instructions.
Why use Techni Waterjet CNC Waterjet Machines?

STANDARD FEATURES
SOFTEC SOFTWARE
Developed by our team of engineers, Softec™ software is designed to minimize cutting costs and offer an all-in-one interface for ease of use. It caters to both novice and advanced users, maximising the potential of our Waterjet machines.
TECH HEAD
Techni brings decades of experience, rigorous research, and ongoing product development to everything we do. The combination of intelligent design and quality manufacturing adds up to a cutting head that delivers simplicity combined with maximum longevity and reliability.
REMOTE CONTROL PENDANT
Allows manual navigation along the cutting path, enabling precise re-starts and accurate location of pre-cut parts after stoppages.
BREAK AWAY HEAD
Detects collisions with clamps, fixtures, or workpieces, stopping the machine automatically to prevent damage. Precision tolerance and design allow for crash recovery and return to the exact previous position.
VARIABLE ABRASIVE FEEDER
Controlled abrasive supply ensures accurate, automatic measurement and adjustment by the software, preventing blockages. This feature is particularly useful for low-pressure piercing applications.
TECH SENSE
Controls and sets abrasive flow parameters, detecting venturi vacuum measurements. If a fault is detected, the machine pauses and notifies the operator for resolution.
WATER RAISE & LOWER
Automatic water level adjustment with a push of a button, using an air chamber for water displacement ensures quieter, cleaner and safer submerged cutting.
SERVO Z AXIS
Programmable Z axis with auto height position recall, fully automated through built-in software.
ABRASIVE PUMP AND HOPPER
Features a hinged lid at waist height for easy access and inspection, a clear pump chamber for visual monitoring, and a system that doesn't require depressurization, minimizing downtime.
TECH CONNECT - OFFSITE MACHINE MONITORING APP
Monitor machine from your mobile phone, view settings and operating parameters, pause or stop remotely, view real-time job details, and receive instant notifications. Track every cut!
